Arslan A. Chaudhary entered the practice of immigration law out of an interest in helping those fleeing persecution in their home countries.  Learning the dynamics of litigation in the Immigration Court, he has sought asylum for refugees fleeing their homeland.  Arslan has gone on to specialize in finding relief for all types of immigrants seeking counsel in removal proceedings.

Arslan also came to focus on providing assistance for all other types of foreign nationals seeking to formalize their immigration status, through employer-based visas, investor green cards, family based green cards, and specialty visas for artists and entertainers.

Arslan received his law degree from the Washington University School of Law in 1998.  He has practiced law since 1999, as an associate at a real estate litigation firm in New York City, then as an Administrative Law Magistrate with the New York City Environmental Control Board, before moving to Los Angeles where he founded the Immigration Law Office of Arslan Chaudhary.  He is multi-lingual in English, Urdu and Hindi.
